This work is a reflection of the overwhelming pressure of adulthood — when the weight of responsibility collides with mental exhaustion, inconsistency, and the constant inner tug-of-war. It’s about those moments when discipline slips, motivation fades, and life starts to feel like a cycle of almosts. The darts represent choices made in frustration, fear, or fatigue — knowing the consequences, but doing it anyway.

“Self Sabotage” is not a cry for pity. It’s a portrait of honesty. Of trying, messing up, and trying again. It’s about living with a balloon for a head and still picking up the dart.
